Angel (1943-1993) and other family members. Included are working papers, correspondence, scrapbooks, diaries, photographs, magnetic tapes, audio and video materials, and other ephemera. Of particular significance are documents that illustrate the creation of the National Council of Jewish Women and its operation during it early years under the leadership of Hannah G. Solomon. Other areas of interest include correspondence between family members, the notes for Hannah Solomon’s autobiography and Helen Levy’s extensive work with the Chicago Woman’s Club. |
